Hibiscus Block Knee Length Tube Top
Look pretty and comfortable in this light and air surfer's lei pattern from Hawaii. Great glowing red fabric.
Arising with the common use of airbrush techniques in the 1970s, the traditional block designs were given added depth by the use of gradated paint and negative space by the use of masks. We see leis in this pattern using both techniques.
Drapes a full 36 inches long, elastic top with no back zipper needed. One size fits all. Made in Hawaii of 100% cotton.

Hibiscus block patterns are everywhere in Hawaii, but most famously used on surfboards where they first appeared. These designs only later made its way onto other items, everything from bumper stickers to tattoos.
